Typical daily schedule for the individual fasting week currently underway:
7:30 a.m.
Meet up for a morning walk or yoga with a view of Lake Mattsee
8:15 a.m.
Breakfast together—this time at the guest's request: pear/apple sauce with coconut slices as chewing training.
10:00 a.m.
Departure for hike – around Puchberg, to Gebertsham, to Obernberg – or toward the sun with snowshoes in the mountains south of Salzburg
Approx. 1:00 p.m.
Lunch together – alkaline broth or light cream of vegetable soup with fresh herbs
Afterwards, liver wrap
4:00 p.m.
Various applications to support the body during fasting, visit to the organic food store, discussions, and coaching
6:00 p.m.
Dinner together – alkaline broth or tea
Followed by further discussions, relaxation, or meditation
Before 10:00 p.m.
