Even though I still believe that fasting in a beautiful place far away from everyday life is one of the best gifts you can give yourself, I am slowly but surely becoming a fan of online fasting weeks. Why?
- It's easier to schedule less work for you for a week than to take the entire vacation.
- You decide which form of fasting you choose!
Strict juice fasting is not always the best option. In a one-on-one consultation, we will determine which form of fasting is right for you. You will then receive recipes or guidelines that differ from those given to the group and that will support you in your individual fasting process. - You can create an oasis of well-being in your own home and, through the exercises you receive during the guided fast, see your surroundings with new eyes.
- Resolutions that are almost inevitably made during fasting can be immediately tested for practicality in everyday life and adjusted if necessary.
- Compared to face-to-face fasting support, online fasting support is more cost-effective and you receive fasting tips more frequently.
The special circumstances of the past year have caused us all to rethink things and, of course, challenged our creativity. This is how online fasting found its way into my range of services.
With online fasting, I offer holistic, personalized support throughout the fasting process. In real time, of course! This includes one-on-one conversations via Zoom or phone, as well as group meetings. For exercises that are explained or demonstrated during Zoom meetings, additional videos are sent out so that they can be reviewed after the meeting. In addition, relevant information, recipes, tips, and other daily inspiration are sent out daily by email.
This concept has proven itself, and participants from different areas have usually grown very close during the fasting week. So much so that at the end of the joint fasting process, many expressed a desire to meet in person. Of course, that is difficult now...
However, this very understandable desire gave me the idea of considering a hybrid form:

In this case , I offer online fasting support in small groups in addition to the advertised fasting weeks.
As mentioned above, it is possible to carry out all types of fasting, including very mild forms of fasting.
Everyone is accompanied in their own process of change.
During a group hike or bike tour, you can exchange ideas and motivate each other.Many of the physical exercises that I recommend to support the fasting and detoxification process can also be done together outdoors, in compliance with the current social distancing rules and state-specific regulations.
In this way, the group members support each other in this process and walk a part of the way together – quite literally. I accompany the group from a distance.
